To support the Winter in Wonderland seasonal activation, a digital-first social media campaign was delivered to extend the on-ground experience to online audiences. Alongside feed content, Stories were used to maintain momentum throughout the campaign and capture real-time engagement during the festive period.
The campaign achieved strong cross-platform visibility, reaching over 4.8 million users and generating more than 7.2 million impressions across Facebook and Instagram.
On Instagram, Stories played a key supporting role, with 167 Stories generating 55,958 views and achieving a 1.61% engagement rate. This demonstrated the effectiveness of Stories as a format for maintaining daily presence, encouraging interaction and complementing high-reach feed content.
